Tiger Hobbies are celebrating the release of a fantastic new TV series due early next year on Apple TV called Masters of the Air with a series of Aircraft types that you will see in the series.
Starting with the famous Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress USAAF Bomber used by the USAAF 8th Air Force.
The Boeing B-17G was a development of the B-17E/F after the experience of the 8th Air Force crews facing head on attacks by Luftwaffe fighters. The B-17G was equipped with a new chin mounted twin .50 cal Machine gun turret operated by the Bombardier.
